I was in Accrington recently visiting my parents. I got a real shock to see that they are pulling down the houses along Blackburn Road and deeply upset to see that Holland Street had gone I live there from when I was born till I was five when we moved to Richmond Road. It is very strange that they think that pulling down lovely victorian stone build houses to put what?. My dad said that some of those houses have been down for ages and nothing built except the medical centre.
