Why not listen to BBC RADIO LANCASHIRE WHILE LOOKING AT THE SITE THOUGH OUR WEBLINKS
I listened to the interview today,John (hope all this fame isn't going to go to yer 'ead!),& thought it was very good.
One little gripe, though - the County Palatine extends a little further south than St.Helens - i.e. to the North bank of the Mersey at Widnes(OK,& Liverpool as well!).
Although I grew up in Widnes,I don't recall ever taking any photos of the town as it was then - much to my regret.(Well,it was in the days long before digital cameras!).
