Highlighting the Changes to Blackburn Print E-mail
Saturday, 15 September 2007
2007_0909blackburn0007I have added some NEW pics to The Blackburn photo galleries. I think it is important to show the changes that happen in our towns as a social document . In the 19 years I have been back in these parts loads of changes have taken place . Many mills have been lost and  new buildings have appered like the massive new hospital and lots of new retail outlets . Local buses have dissapeared but memories still remain . I would urge you all to think of places you once lived and the memories you have . I was told some really interesting things I didnt know about OSWALDTWISTLE at work recently which if you are interested I will share one day .We all have memories so Lets share them and as discovered on our forums something one person says ALWAYS sparks something off. As a topic on BILL CLARKS site did for me so please send me some memories of places ,buildings etc in your town so I can feature them on some  future video and photo shoots . I am looking forward to doing some VIDEO features soon to areas that are close to my heart --ROSSENDALE  & The Furness areas which will proberbly be epics with loads of memory cells to awaken . See you next weekend    .
