2007_0824cataccy0005  I was out and about in the car last night and something stuck me . This new building  (Health center on Blackburn Rd ) remided me that changes are happening fast to the skyline around Accrington and Blackburn as well as Rawtenstall where a major development is being built . With  work and other commitments  I havent been out with the camera for a while so I had better get snapping before I miss sommert
