I came across this old photo taken in ACCRINGTON around the early 1970s .It is taken around the UNION ROAD area where the ARNDALE SHOPPING CENTER now stands .The cars interest me how many makes and models do you remember.

Hillman Avenger, Morris marina, Triumph Herald, Ford cortina, Rover, Austin I think its an A40 or Allegro (Not sure of that one) British leyland mini. Is that a ford consul going up the middle.The old Ford Tranny vans Hows that to be going on with.
