TAKE A CRUMMPET AND SLICE IN HALF (horisntaly)-AND GRILL

GRILL A SLICE OF BLACK PUDDING

WHEN COOKED PLACE ON ONE HALF OF CUMPET AND CRUMBLE ON LANCASHIRE CHESSE

PLACE OTHER HALF OF CRUMPET ONTOP

PLACE IN OVEN GAS MK 4/ 180 ELECTRIC FOR 10 MINUTES AND REMOVE

DRIZZLE WITH LANCASHIRE SAUCE OR ONE OF YOUR CHOICE (HP SOUNDS YUMMY) AND SERVE

How do you slice a crumpet horizontally? I think I would end up minus a finger or two if I tried.
