There are and will be in the months to come some subtle changes happening to LANCASHIRE Re-UNITED .Some less used features will be disappearing and some new ones will soon appear .Stu has now taught me and I have worked hard teaching myself how to work a website such as this ,now having the knowledge I have gained I intend to make this site BETTER. I am at the moment in discussions with companies in LANCASHIRE to start a competition page for you to win loads of prizes that will remind you of home. I am also looking at POLO SHIRTS with our website logo on and the words LANCASTRIAN AND PROUD on them which I hope you will like to purchase .Also on the site I am hoping to give budding poets and chefs an outlet for there talents and if you have any hints and tips you would like to share you could send them in .I was through the power of the internet in contact on the phone to the webmaster of www. walneyilsle.com COLIN talking to him about the PODCAST I would like to do .It would be something similar to COLIN”S but with interviews of Lancashire folks and also topics on our members and there memories .I am in complete control of the site now so if you are wa member and have lost your PASSWORD contact me and knowing what part of Lancashire you are from will enable me to give you a new one you wont for get .You will also notice if you go to the CHATROOM that the world clock is now there ,this is hopefully more convenient for you to know what time it is for the folks you want to chat to .One thing we have discussed is having some kind of indicator on the CHATROOM BAR ON THE MEMBERS MENU but as it is different software to what the site uses it is not possible but I may try a different chatroom yet . I will also be adding MORE links to our weblinks as you may have noticed the one for SOUTHLAKES ANIMAL PARK wasn’t working but it is now so take a look .
