There are two things that epitomise LANCASHIRE  ,THE PEOPLE AND LANCASHIRE FOLK MUSIC . Not many LANCASHIRE FOLK enjoy the  affection of  us Lancastrians as did FRED DIBNAH  sadly departed  FRED was the BOLTON steeplejack who found fame through his TV documentaries with his broad LANKY accsent and vast knowlage .The fivepenny peice a LANCASHIRE FOLK group are favorites of mine so how fitting there music accompanys this tribute to FRED .I hope you enjoy this as much as I do
