I was distrubed to receive this e-mail from member JUDITH RATCLIFF this morning .Are any other members having the same problems .I hate disappointing people especialy when this person has been so kind to my family during the sad events of the recent past .I suppose the best way to remember any password/username is to use them EVERDAY or WRITE IT DOWN . At the moment we are updating the software including our security  so as to avoid any repeat of the unfortunate events of Monday when we nearly lost all our hard work due to HACKERS .

I and I belive a few other members  have not been  able to access the FORUMS and as such the MENU  BAR HAS BEEN REMOVED UNTIL WE CAN GET IT WORKING PROPERLEY  but this is only a glich due to the UPDATE of the sites software  and will be sorted soon as will the adding of new content as I am sure you will appriciate running a site such as this is some times mind numbing .

I am sorry to be blunt but this system gets the thumbs down from me. It won't accept my password or username - I ask for a new one and you give me one that I'll never be able to remember - meaningless letters and numbers (to me - that is!) Now I insert this new password exactly right - but it says its 'incorrect'. I've wasted far too much valuable time mucking about with it to no avail. So count me out from now. Sorry. Judith .

After receiving this e-mail I insructed our admin dept to look into this matter which was swiftly done and am VERY happy to see JUDITH was back on the site this afternoon . I am though concerned that there are a lot of other members of the site that seem to have gone away ART,MAGGIE,VONNY,.and some from the EX-LANCS site are no longer around I hope that if you are NOT LOGGING IN you will do so ,so I know you are out there .
