While I was away back in Barrow last week although I was there for my sad loss a few things stuck me .I went back in time and caught up with my old school mistress Miss Bernice Dent at St James Church and remembered old school chums and teachers and also times in the choir at the church .I also walked for miles remembering old work mates and times spent painting the estates some of which still show the colours I used .I also saw old mates I went out with and remembered times in the pubs and clubs .So do you see this is what this site is about Re-uniting YOU with TIMES,PEOPLE & PLACES .I have loads of tales to tell and will let you into them soon and I hope I will jog your memoeries of a place you once called HOME.So please send me your stories and share them with us all on LANCASHIRE RE-UNITED as I am sure you dont just want to read my ramblings .----P.S I have now completed uploading my photos taken in Barrow and am of out around and about Accrington to take some more .
