Looking at the site  I see we are moving ever closer to our 100th member now that BARBARA ,MARGERET, IRENE LESLEY & RUTH  (WELCOME) have joined us .I must say I didnt expect us to be at this stage so soon but it just goes to show we must be doing some thing right .

I received an e-mail tonight from member JUDITH RATCLIFFE who you may remember found me from the Bacup times website www.bacuptimes.co.uk  .My dad worked for here fathers company 40 years ago and she wanted to contact my dad after all these years .Well she duly wrote to my dad and has now spoken to him again on the phone after all these years,I belive they spoke for over an hour  .

Since the site --PLUS work and family take up so much of my time now I have desided that the site content (ie ) articals will be updated every SATURDAY when I can commit more time  it should also give members who dont come on the site as often as others chance to catch up with the rest of us ----The Wife & Daughter work on Saturday so I am in on my own .I will however be online each night for an hour or so just to make sure things are ticking over and maybe have a chat with some one I useually have spare time around 7-30ish when the wife is engrossed in Coronation St or Eastenders  .The site forums and other fabulous MEMBERS FEATURES including the NEW  CHATROOM should keep you all entertained as we have enough members now to keep the site  going without me   and hopefully someone will have made LANCASHIRE RE-UNITED history by the weekend.
