On the 7 Feb 2006 I took the first steps to freeing myself from smoking I joined a local group in the East Lancashire area Q.U.E.S.T
AsIi said on the old site I had done a simular thing before but felt like I was being patrenised .Not so this time my memtor JANNETTE KENYON was brilliant and helped me overcome something that had ruined me and my wallet for 33yrs
This week marks 8 months since I quit and I now know I have quit for life and you know I honestly thought I would never do it BUT I HAVE .
