The first order has now been received from a member in Australia for one of our superb prints from original artwork by WALLACE TRICKETT of old town Buses ( Barrow Corporation ) . I would have liked to tut you names on the site and added the GSM tag but most of you seem shy ,Infact one member has e-mailed me to ask me to take the GSM off as they feel they are boasting - I would look at it another way and say YOU ARE PROUD to be supporting the site ,but if you want it removing e-mail me again .

I have noticed of late we seem to be missing a few members .I would hope they will soon come back as things on the site I admit are a little slow at the moment even after sending out a MASS MAIL they still seem to be missing so if they no longer wish to be members we will say THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES AND HOPE YOU DO COME BACK SOON . During the coming week as you know I will be working nights which is followed by a BANK HOLIDAY weekend . This will give me a chance to catch up with some maintainance work on the sites many features and on my own PC . I have been in disscussions with ourWallace Trickett with regards to commissioning a NEW feature for the site LANCASHIRE LAUGHS a NEW comic strip . Now I always like a laugh and also posses the ability to laugh at myself . I thought it may be a good idea to have the cartoon based on US THE MEMBERS of the site in a Sitcom feature. Ofcouse NOTHING would be done to cause OFFENCE or be personal about members but some of us DO POSSES CHARICTURISTISCS that would make for a great strip --So If you would fancy being in the LANCASHIRE LAUGHS or can think of a NEW NAME for the strip CONTACT ME at lancashirereunited@fsmail.net
Some of you may find the site a little quite at the moment . But I can assure you there is a heck of alot going on behind the scene at LANCASHIRE RE-UNITED ---GSM Membership is on the increase for which I thank you ----I now own the site and domain after paying the site fees so am now looking to expand the site and hope you will appreciate that I wont be around while I seek partners and take the site to then ext level.
