When I got home last night I cheacked to see how Dalton-in-Furness Speedway rider ADAM ROYNON had faired in the Conferance League Riders Championship.To my delight Adam won it .WELL DONE ADAM .What a season Adam has had considering he started late to give his broken arms time to heal . I just hope the North West Evening Mail give Adam the recocnition he deserves

The son of an old mate of mine and former BARROW SPEEDWAY rider Chris Roynon --ADAM ROYNON goes for glory on Saturday at the Hodderston Raceway in Hertfordshire .After already winning the Northern jounior championship at Belle Vue Adam takes part in the Conferance League riders Championship .Adam has come back this year from injuries that would put off many lesser mortals .GO FOR IT ADAM and best wishes from Lancashire reunited

Forgive me for being bleary eyed as I update the site .It was a 5 AM get up for me this morning as I readyed myself to catch the 6.50 Lancashire way bus to Manchester .Now I had forgotten that time of tthe morning exsisted .But the bus has renewed my faith in public transport £5 Return from Accrington in a Clean Fast modern bus . I arrived at Piccadilly and joined the others scurrying around like ants trying to get some where and got another bus to Droylsden and induction took place before I had to go to CONGLETON in Cheshire to pick up my New van .Now I am home and updateing the site .But thats the first day over at least and I am back at work .
