My presenting the Accrington print to the council made the local press last week but I am not happy .There reporter just doesn't seem to have been listening when I told her what the site was about etc and she called WALLACE TRICKETT -----WALLACE ARNOLD ---who as you may know is a local COACH /BUS OPERATOR ---This PLUS wild yeah we will take loads of theses to sell in our town hall shops and not one answer to e-mails since ---and you wonder why I get fed up

I shouldn't make light of your experience with Council and the Reporter but I did smile when I read about the stuff up with Wallace's name - at least they didn't put a Grommet alongside Wallace's name!!
As for council, its a fact, once the camera's have gone and the PR job is done its back to how it always is. Its such a pity John when it means so much to you that you get treated like this.
Anyway, get off the comp your 2 weeks rest isn't up yet - is it??

Well John you know what to do when the next election comes around!!!!!! Ignore the same people who have done this to you and see what their reaction is. It can be very dis- hearting when you are trying your best to do for your area and you get ignorant people like this, Wonder why they are in power if they cant keep the promises they gave when elected.Thought they would have been proud to be part of the presentation party
and doing something that other towns were not. Hey John you could always do a GUY FAWKES ON THEM. It is the right time of year ha ha

This one does get up my nose Win but --what really gets my goat is the way The EVENING MAIL ,THE DOCK and even the BARROW COUNCIL leader have totally ignored all e-mails etc the DOCK have continually given FALSE PROMISES and the mail only want to know if you send £600 on an advert with all the BARROW connections this site has you would have thought they would have taken an interest. I have however had some success with another print with PIE connections today --reet better go before the lass comes in

Hiya John. go to the back door and count to ten and shout that what i use to do,or i'd go in the laundry room at work and shut the door and i be behind the door and shout not had the chance to move away before somebody would knock me over which will remain nameless, it was a fire door which automatically closes, you know like that till in the shop in Open All Hours ha ha, what are you doing on the computer John E tis not time to operate it yet it will take longer to get better if you don't rest aren't you impatient Regards Doris
