Carson & ors v The United Kingdom

Some time ago the old age pension for residents of Australia, Canada and South Africa was frozen, that is not subject to inflation like the rest of the world. The judgement released today is probably the end of the line, effectively our pension is reduced by about 50% every eight years or so.
